The PowerUp Co-Ed curriculum (program) for 4th-12th grade youth is divided into 5 topical sections of life skill lessons. Purchase individual program sections or provide comprehensive life skill eduction by getting the whole curriculum as a discounted bundle. Click a section to see included lessons or to license it.
Purchases provide a license for one youth-serving professional or parent, or one parent or community group, to use curriculum sections with one group of youth in one location for one year. Purchase confirms reading and agreeing to the nonprofit Youth Empowerment Group's Terms of Use.
PowerUp lessons are based on youth research and the science of learning, require minimal prep and supplies, and give youth practical tools for:

ABOUT TEACHING POWERUP
These lessons make your job caring for youth easier!
Experts designed video-based lessons (sessions) for schools, youth-serving organizations, and parents to be comprehensive, easy, and flexible:
- Teach one youth to large student groups
- Do lessons (sessions) in any order
- 30 to 45-minute lessons with games and activities can be divided to fit time schedules
- Brief 1-2 minute topical video teaching segments can be used in classrooms and groups
